Moving Things In

Kitchen tile is in and a lot of our stuff is moved in. We are just waiting on the electrician to finish putting our outlets, etc in.

We are getting really, really close! The excitement is in the air! For me anyway;)

So Much Garbage

The garbage pile behind the house ended up pretty high, a lot higher than pictured here covering half of the windows, at least. When we cleaned it up, a few bats flew out! The furnace was huge and is actually still in the backyard until we can get it out of there. It was an old coal stove(you can see the huge drum by the fence)

Blast into the past

Here are a few more old pictures I found of the house in its gutted glory. I'm so glad we are not in this stage of the remodel! We took out the chimney and it made such a big mess.

Moving Right Along

Cabinets are in and tile is in almost everywhere except the kitchen and entry floor now. We are so close to done, I can taste it!
